This handbook was issued in 2019. It has more than 550 pages and deals with all non-European countries that ever issued view cards. These countries are:

OCEANIA: Australia and its founding states, New Zealand, Tonga

ASIA: Afghanistan, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, North- and South Korea, Nepal, the Portuguese Colonies, Sri Lanka

AFRICA: Egypt, Angola, Cape of Good Hope, Mozambique, Namibia, the Portuguese Colonies, South Africa and the Homelands, South-West-Africa, the Spanish Colonies

The AMERICAS: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Cuba, Nicaragua, Peru, Salvador, Uruguay, Venezuela.

The book is printed on 115g paper and consits of two separate harcover-volumes with thread stitching and ribbon bookmark. The book is in English.

The book comes with a DVD, which holds almost all cards as a pipcture. Also, you find an interactive catalogue which can be used as a stock/want list.
